What is a Venue Partner?

 

A venue partner is any establishment that wishes to have paint or project parties at their site.  We have come to a business agreement that Pictures Perfect Paint Parties will bring our "Paint the Town" Parties to you...once, twice, or three times a month.  We give you the opportunity to set a theme ie. based on holidays, an occasion etc.  If you choose not to, we will choose one for you. We agree on a set time and date.. and we take it from there. 

 

How Does the Event Work?
The Benefits of Becoming a Venue Partner:
  • Increase foot traffic into your establishment.

  • Make customers regulars.

  • We advertise your event through our social media outlets as well as on our Upcoming Events page.

  • Increase your bar and food sales on slow nights (restaurant venues).

  • Increase sales (non-food venues).

 

Profitability to you is easy math- 35 guests x 2 drinks each and 1 appetizer each = PROFITS for you. 

*When purchasing a ticket, guests are encouraged to patronize venue partner)

 

You sign on as a venue partner.  What does that mean?  We have come to a business agreement that Picture Perfect Paint Parties will bring our "Paint the Town" Parties to you...once, twice, or three times a month.  We give you the opportunity to set a theme ie. based on holidays, an occasion etc.  If you choose not to, we will choose one for you. We agree on a set time and date.. and we take it from there.  

A Picture Perfect Paint Party Artist Assistant will arrive on our chosen dates and set each guest seat up with: The selected item to paint for the evening, brushes, paint plate, paper towels, water container,  and apron.  Once the guests arrive...we then assist each guest in bringing their idea to life!

 

How are the guests charged? Our online reservation system requires the guest to reserve and pay ahead of time- guaranteed success!  

 

How much time does it take?  The instruction and break time for the event is approximately 2 hours…and typically starts at 6 or 6:30 pm.  We will arrive 1 hour prior to the event and will be approximately one hour after making sure your establishment is clean when we leave.

 

What You Provide:

 

  • Together we determine the amount of guests you can accommodate, chairs and table space to support the pre-determined amount of people, figure space by the amount needed to eat dinner. 

  • Please make sure the tables are clear of all plates, utensils, condiments, etc. We provide table coverings for the tables.

  • We will need lighting in the paint area.  The brighter the lighting the better.

  • We promote through social networks, flyers, and word of mouth to anyone that will listen! Together we can make the event a success. Remember a sold out event helps us AND you!

  • Water for cleaning of the paint brushes (we provide the individual water cups)

  • Waitress for the event.  We want to make sure the attendees utilize your establishment to eat, drink and be merry!
